We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals who have a heart for hospitality and a passion for serving others.

At Boomerang, our team does more than make coffee. We bake pastries, prepare breakfast and brunch, craft specialty drinks, create meaningful guest experiences, and help every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

Whether it's serving a latte during a morning rush, plating a waffle for brunch, baking fresh items, or having a conversation with a regular, every role helps create the experience our guests know and love.

What we're looking for:

• Friendly and hospitable individuals
• Weekend availability (required)
• Dependable team members with a strong work ethic
• Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in their work
• A willingness to learn, grow, and serve others well
• Team players who contribute to a positive culture

What you'll do:

• Craft coffee, espresso drinks, teas, refreshers, and specialty beverages
• Prepare breakfast, brunch, and baked goods
• Deliver genuine hospitality from greeting to goodbye
• Create a welcoming environment for every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Help create the culture and guest experience that make Boomerang special

No coffee experience? That's okay. We'd rather teach coffee than teach hospitality.
