He got our Philly on .bakery24 telera bread and added grilled jalapeno, hatch chiles and cheese curds to the traditional cheese, grilled onion and bell peppers.

It looked and smelled 🔥. Enjoy your sandwich Matt.

This is one of the items added to our completely new menu next week. Come check it out.

We are using corn tortillas for our chips and provide the flavor and crunch we needed.

Our red chilaquiles have our smoked chile Colorado and tomato sauce.

Our green is topped with our smoked poblano, jalapeno and tomatillo sauce.

Topped with crema, cotija, pickled onion and cilantro.

Add a fried egg and smoked brisket, chicken or pork to make it your own.

Last week for the current menu and the condiment bar.

Hours for the restaurant have changed.
We will only be open for lunch Monday-Saturday 11-3pm. Closed Sundays until we can get over this period.

BBQ caterings can be schedule at anytime to be fulfilled. You can request caterings on our website, www.pachucos432.com

This week is so important for Pachuco's and we hope to continue being apart of this community. Thank you for everyone's support last Friday and helped us make the decision to open back up. We are hopeful we will make it through this.

Over the last 3 months we have navigated many changes and have been dealing with a lot of hardships for Pachuco's.

Our slowest summer period to date, rising cost and finding the time to fix related problems have made us make some changes that may be permanent.

We are a self funded company that has had great growth and success. We have no other options but to work harder but sometimes that's not enough. Our team has worked tirelessly through alot of change and we are at a crossroads for Pachuco's.

Friday we will be shutting down after lunch and work on several things through the weekend. Going in to next week we will make a decision when or if we will reopen. We thank everyone for incredible support through our time here. Definitely not something comfortable to share but necessary. This business is tough and have learned so much on this journey.
