Vero Cucino Rustico, an award-winning, family-friendly Italian restaurant in Middletown, is seeking a polished, full-time hospitality professional role.
* Beverage Management: Mix, garnish, and pour wine, craft beers, and specialty cocktails efficiently while maintaining bar cleanliness.
* Order & Cash Accuracy: Enter orders into the POS system accurately and manage cash drawers.
* Operational Sidework: Manage open/close duties, prep bar garnishes, inventory, and ensure the service area is fully stocked.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high-volume server and bartending experience, preferably in an Italian or casual fine-dining environment.
* Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts, especially during peak Friday and Saturday evening hours, holidays and reliable to complete their work accurately and efficiently.
* Traits: Energetic, team-oriented personality with exceptional communication and multitasking skills.positive work ethic and reliable.
