Wesleyan Dining by Bon Appetit Our kitchen philosophy is simple. We cook from scratch. At Bon Appétit, we cook from scratch in each location. In this system, our team loves to hear from you.

From rolling stocks to finishing sauces and roasting meats, our approach to food allows us to provide fresh foods from whole ingredients. Join us today as we celebrate the InBetween flavors, transitioning from winter to spring!

InBetween highlights the moment when winter’s deep, comforting flavors begin to give way to the bright freshness of spring. Each bite pairs hearty winter ingredients—like roasted roots and warm spices—with the crisp greens, herbs, and citrus that signal the new season.
Our butternut squash and yellow curry puff pastry brings winter warmth, balanced by crispy parsnips and fresh chives. Truffled turnip phyllo cups with pea tendrils combine earthy roots with delicate early greens. A shaved asparagus, carrot, and endive salad with candied Meyer lemons showcases spring brightness layered over winter vegetables. Finally, cucumber crisps with kale pesto, pea purée, and mint offer a fresh finish.
Together, these small plates capture the flavors that live in between the seasons.
