Hi, I’m Amy, the woman behind Luxe Boards & Bites.

If you’ve been following for the charcuterie, I thought it was time I properly introduced myself and share a little more about the person behind the boards.

I’m a wife, mom, homeschool mom, business owner, creative, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus.

Luxe Boards & Bites has grown into so much more than making beautiful food. It has become a place where I get to serve people, create community, use the gifts God has given me, and share more of what He has done in my life.

So you’ll still see plenty of cheese, boards, grazing tables, workshops, and behind-the-scenes business life here. But you’re also going to start seeing more of my faith and the story behind the woman building it all.

New Charcuterie Bar hours start this week.

Beginning Wednesday, September 9, our regular walk-in Charcuterie Bar hours will be:

Wednesday–Friday | 4–8 PM
Saturday | 12–6 PM

These hours apply specifically to our Charcuterie Bar and walk-in shop experience at The Forge 49 Marketplace.

Need something outside of those hours? We remain flexible for custom board pickups, local deliveries, Luxe Mobile Cart bookings, and grazing tables based on your order or event needs.

Even when the Charcuterie Bar is closed, Luxe Boards & Bites may still be behind the scenes preparing custom orders, making deliveries, or setting up for events.

Our first Boards & Brews workshop at Eli Cannon’s Brewing Collective was filled with good drinks, beautiful ingredients, and plenty of creativity.

Each guest learned a few of my favorite styling techniques before building a charcuterie box to take home and enjoy. This was such a fun beginning, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again.

This is not a new direction for Luxe Boards & Bites. It is the purpose that has been in my heart from the beginning.

For the past several months, much of my attention has gone toward establishing the storefront, creating systems, and learning how to operate this business well. The deeper vision was still there, waiting for the right time to take fuller form.

Sunday’s message at Fellowship Church about Bezalel in Exodus 31 gave language to what I have felt for a long time. God can use creativity, craftsmanship, and the work of our hands for His glory.

I do not have every detail figured out, but I know it is time to put this part of the mission into action. My desire is to share Scripture through food and creativity, create opportunities for meaningful connection, and faithfully point people toward the One who gave me these gifts.

This is only the beginning.
