The best way to get used to the water.. is to jump right in. After our vacation, that’s what we did.

These past 2 weeks we’ve been on the grind. Catering graduation parties, promotion parties, housewarmings, corporate dinners, birthday parties, catered dinner for the Biggs Muesem, had the food truck in a neighborhood, and at a corporate building. Had the food truck open at the foodie park, did a food tasting for a potential client (which we booked by the way) oh and don’t forget we catered a rowing summer camp for 6 days, cooking breakfast lunch and dinner.

And just like that ….WE’RE BACK from vacation. It was a much needed break. We can’t wait to get back on the streets, back at the foodie park and back at your events.

This past weekend we partied…. And boy did we party.

We catered a 60th Birthday Party, a 14th Birthday Party and a Graduation Party.

For the 60th Birthday Party they chose our Good For The Soul Package along with some of our appetizers.

The 14th Birthday Party they chose to do it food truck style and have a few of our popular food truck dishes

And the graduation party they chose a combination of our appetizers, food truck items and catering sides

Last weeks catering events spilled over into this week. And we’re grateful for every single one of them.

We catered and executed 15 events in 6 days…. And if you’ve been following us, you’ll see in a little less than 2 weeks, we’ve catered or had the food truck at 31 events 😵‍💫

Last week, we had the privilege of being at the Middletown Delaware carnival for a 2nd year in a row. We were set up in the food court and had a great turnout.

We also catered a Brunch en Blanc for Advanced Family Care along with catering a lunch for Christiana Care Hospital

We also catered a few graduation parties including one at the Delaware State University presidents and First Lady’s house for their daughter Naomi … trust me… a time was had.

Got a little rest, then catered a corporate event for Datwyler with the Delaware Governor in attendance.

When I tell you we are BLESSED… we are BLESSED!

Mannnnn this week was a week!!!! 13 jobs in 7 days. Including 3 on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, and 2 on Monday… just blessed....

Mannnnn this week was a week!!!! 13 jobs in 7 days. Including 3 on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, and 2 on Monday… just blessed.

Starting of Monday by passing our health inspection AGAIN (yerrrp) Then Tuesday we had the food truck at Fed Ex and served 200 of their wonderful staff and team. On Wednesday we did a fundraiser for a high school student at Odessa High School for her college scholarship (shout out to Sanai Mosley 💪🏾)

Thursday we catered a senior brunch at Early College High School, then rocked out in a neighborhood with the food truck that night. And Friday we had the food truck at Dover High

Saturday we had the food truck at a community day event, and that evening we catered a 30th birthday party for while at the same time in another city catered a cocktail hour for a fashion show at the Delaware Contemporary Art Museum

Sunday, right back at it. Catered a baby shower brunch in the morning, then catered a “senior’s” brunch for the NAACP Middletown Delaware chapter, then took the food truck to St. Andrew’s School to serve those wonderful kids lunch.

Finally on Monday we kicked off teacher appreciation week by catering breakfast for 170 teachers at Appo High School. Then catered dinner for a Red Clay District meeting.

Also, shout out to Marissa and the team from . We ALWAYS love working with them, and they keep us gainfully employed 🥰 love you guys

We were in GRIND MODE ALL WEEK. Shoutout to my excellent team from Tammy, to our coordinator .mcc1 to our incredible staff. Couldn’t do any of this without them. BUT we’re not done yet! Stay tuned
