To our wonderful community,
We love seeing your faces every day, and we are so grateful for your continued support of our bakery and coffee shop! Today, we want to share a quick reminder about our shop policies regarding our four-legged friends.

We Love Pups! 🐶
First things first: we absolutely love dogs! In fact, we proudly bake house-made dog treats, pup cupcakes, and refreshing doggy popsicles right here in our shop. While we love treating your furry best friends, we kindly ask that they enjoy these goodies outside on our patio or at home.

Our Indoor Policy & State Law
As a food establishment in Delaware, we strictly follow local health department regulations to ensure our environment is hygienic and safe for everyone. Because we handle fresh food products daily, state law prohibits pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) inside our indoor space.

What about Service Dogs?
We fully welcome and accommodate fully-trained service animals protected by the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA). To protect the integrity of true service animals and ensure the comfort of all our guests (including those with severe allergies), our team is trained to follow ADA guidelines. If a dog’s service status isn't immediately clear, our staff may gently ask the two legally permitted questions:
1️⃣ Is the animal required because of a disability?
2️⃣ What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

Please understand that our team asks these questions out of necessity, not to be difficult. We’ve recently experienced incidents with non-service pets being off-leash, disrupting other guests, and presenting food safety concerns. Our staff is simply doing their jobs to keep our establishment clean, safe, and compliant with the law.
