So we were playing around today and decided to do a mushroom Swiss burger that evolved into a Marsala sauce, man is it tasty. So we decided to run it for the week lol. Come on in to try one today. Bens Bistro 571 NJ-36 Belford, NJ 07718. 732-201-0671.

Bens Bacon Marsala Burger: 8 oz of certified angus prime beef with Swiss, bacon and an in house Marsala sauce all on a soft warm brioche bun.

You asked for ’em, you got em. Bens Bistro will now be serving chicken wings. Thai chili, BBQ, buffalo, and we will be doing a weekly special sauce picked by you guys. We will have a map of the world, and I will pick 3 customers through out the day to throw a dart at the map, where ever that dart lands will be an option. At the end of the day I will pick at random which region of the world those darts landed and we will create a sauce from that region. Hello everyone, this is our official page for all things Bistro. The website is actually in the design phase now. Which is wild to me the reception that we’ve gotten up here in Middletown. It has become my new home away from home. Thank you to everyone who has come in, called, messaged, and shown support. We strive to be the best and so far we are on a great arch for that. We have big plans in the weeks to come with weekly specials and dine in nights. But we’re going to wait until after the holidays and we want to focus on the menu that we currently have and perfect that, with our new employees and streamline our efficiency for front of house. And as always, we appreciate the patience of our customers and we hold true the words of The late Chef Master Anthony Bourdain - “Good food takes time”. Thank you all again so much from the bottom of my heart and from our family to yours, we look forward to seeing you!
