We are currently organizing our weekly, seasonal farmers market, which will run on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, spanning from August through September for the 2026 season.
We are hosting this event at a prominent location in Middletown on Route 896. To protect the privacy of our venue organization, we are not sharing the exact address publicly until the week prior to the market's opening.
Pop-Up days are the last 2 Thursdays of July, prior to the actual Farmers Market start date.
Let us know if you would like to participate on the 2 pop-up dates July 23 & July 30 and/or after the actual Farmers Market start date.
Market Details & Requirements
To participate, please note the following requirements:
Participation Fee: $25 per day. (POP-UP DATES July 23 & July 30 ARE *FREE*)
Payment Policy: We do not accept payments before the season begins on August 6. Please be aware of potential spam emails requesting advance payment; initially, all payments will be collected on the day of the event.
Documentation:
Signed participation agreement.
Valid Delaware Business License.
Current Delaware Food Establishment Documentation (for food vendors).
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) covering Delaware ($1M per occurrence / $2M general aggregate).
Setup:
Vendors must arrive no later than 4:30 PM to setup.
Vendors must provide their own table, canopy (up to 10'x10') and appropriate weights for their canopy at all markets.
Vendors must stay within their designated area.
Schedule:
Slated to operate Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, spanning from August through September for the 2026 season.
Please provide your expected participation dates in advance so we can coordinate attendance and ensure the market layout is well-planned.
Note: This is a "rain or shine" event.
While we are currently prioritizing table/canopy vendors, we are looking to expand opportunities for food trucks at a later time. We would love to have you join us as a table vendor in the meantime.
