September is 💫𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵💫, a national campaign held every September to raise awareness and inspire action to END HUNGER in America. 🫶 You can make a difference. 12.6% of people in Dane County are experiencing food insecurity. We are working in partnership with WayForward Resources and Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens to ensure our neighbors have access to enough nutritious food. 🧡

How can you 𝙏𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉?
🪙Round up your purchase every time you visit in September and we will donate all proceeds directly to WayForward. Every cent counts.
🥫Drop off a food donation in our donation bin to help WayForward in their goal of raising 25,000 pounds of food.
🍔Order a Community Burger - $1 from every burger we sell through the end of Sept will be donated to Madison Area Food Pantry Garden. To date, we have raised over $1200 for MAFPG. Let’s keep it going!

🎊 Join us for the kickoff to Madison’s biggest b**r weekend of the year - our GreatTasteOfTheMidwest pre-party with Perennial Artisan Ales and Side Project Brewing. Eight of our twelve taps will be devoted to their spectacular brews, including several rare on tap. All will be pouring when our doors open at 11am on Friday right through until close at 10pm (or while they last).

🍺Triple Blue Ridge: Triple barreled English-style barleyw**e aged in bourbon and apple brandy barrels
🍺BA Abraxas 2026: Barrel-aged imperial stout with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks
🍺Haze Roulette: Midwestern IPA with Erebus, Centennial, + Strata hops
🍺Coastal Arch: West Coast-style Pilsner with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Vic Secret hops

SIDE PROJECT:
🍺B**r : Barrel : Time 2025: A blend of Imperial Stout recipes (O.W.K., Vibes & Omega) aged in Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrels for 16 to 25 months
🍺With Tarpey: A blend of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout and Barrel-Aged English Barleyw**e which rested in oak for 15-26 months. and finished on 20lbs of Uganda, Comoros, and Madagascar vanilla beans
🍺Pali: Session IPA with HBC 1019, Citra and Idaho 7 Hops
🍺Rosé du Blé Blend #3: Oak-aged Wheat Saison racked atop the skins of Raspberries and a small touch of Hibiscus, adding the color, tannins and aromatics inspired by the rosé w**es of France

Let us squawk about ours for a minute. We start with jumbo three-part wings, marinated overnight in our house buttermilk achiote marinade. Then we slow smoke in-house over cherry, apple and hickory. The wings are flash fried to order, and finished with malt vinegar aioli and sriracha drizzles. Served either as three wings or five wings, they are a delicious snack to share or add frites or a side for a meal all to yourself. 😋
