Inspired by native New England flavors and locally-sourced ingredients, Fire at the Ridge offers a sophisticated yet approachable experience for all your special occasions in a relaxed and familiar setting. Kevin, Well-known in the Connecticut food scene and for his appearances on Hell’s Kitchen and Food Network is returning to his Cape Cod roots, “My goal is to guide a guest through a natural progression of flavors and textures using locally-grown products. It should be a simple experience, never over-barring or over-complicated.”
In addition to Fire at the Ridge, the newly renovated lodge will be home to The Ridgeside Tavern. Locals have long known the bar at Powder Ridge to be the place to meet up with friends and for creating new friendships that last a lifetime. Kevin, a native of Plymouth, MA will bring back New England classics with updated twist. The Tavern will serve locally-brewed beers and craft cocktails. The third leg of the restaurant stool is the company's event business. Custom designed private and catered events for every size including corporate meetings, weddings, team building, dining parties, and seminars. “We didn’t want Powder Ridge to just be about catering to skiers and boarders on the mountain,” comments CEO Sean Hayes. “We want to create an experience the whole family can enjoy.” In addition, the company will host public events such as music festivals, racing competitions, wine tastings and cooking classes.
