We’re excited to announce a very special pop-up dinner on Saturday, August 16th! 🍗🍖🥩🍝🥗🍷🥂

Chefs Matt Corrente and Josh Turka, owner and butcher at 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions, are joining forces to present “Un Maiale in Giardino”, a dinner celebrating modern Italian cuisine and the bounty of summer in Vermont. This one-of-a-kind experience will feature Josh’s fresh and cured artisanal pork throughout a special menu highlighting the vibrant flavors of the season.

With a combined 40 years of culinary experience, Matt and Josh have honed their skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens across New England and Manhattan.
