As we decide on what new menu items to bring we tried this new Cesar Torta crispy chicken cutlet topped with Cesar salad and pepper jack cheese. It was a 6 for me. What are your thoughts. What would you like to see on the menu.

Hola everyone. I thought we would update you all on the restaurant project. We are almost ready we are just waiting on a few more remodeling issues we have to take care of, the fire Marshall has been MiA according to fox fire to come out and certify our hood so if anyone knows them please tell them we are waiting for them. Lol we are waiting on a few more items for the bar area to come in. So we are looking at Mid July with our fingers crossed 🤞🏽. We will surely update everyone on our big grand open. We are still looking for the right candidate for our Kitchen manager. We are looking for someone with food handling experience, someone that can handle the demands of a busy Kitchen and has leadership experience and can work unsupervised and can deliver food in a timely manner. Must have reliable transportation to and from work, English and Spanish speaking is a plus. Willing to travel to different locations. If interested please reach out.
