Green Peppers will be CLOSED Labor Day to give the crew behind the chaos a well-deserved day off!

We’ll be back rested, recharged, and ready to stack ’em up all over again on Wednesday September 9th. 🍕💪

We will be open regular hours Thursday through Sunday for all your orders!!

There’s something about ending a busy day with a Vermont sunset like this. The ovens are cooling down, the last pizzas have made their way out the door, and we’re wrapping up another day of doing what we love—feeding our community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped in, grabbed takeout, shared a meal with us, or simply said hello today. 💚

Tomorrow, we’ll fire the ovens back up and do it all over again.

🎡 It’s Addison County Fair & Field Days

The midway is filling up, the animals are in the barns and somewhere, someone is
already planning to eat way too much fried dough. 😅. Most of all, the fair is about spending the day making memories on the midway. don’t forget to fuel up before the fun—or recharge after it!

Please meet Kam Raymond
Kam is from Middlebury and recently graduated from Middlebury HS and will be representing the Vermont Shrine Bowl team in the 73rd Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl Game. Kam will be wearing #67 and playing OL/DT. Kam, after graduation, will be joining the work force.
When you see Kam please thank him for his dedication to football and his community. Please join Kam on August 1, 2026, at Dave Wolk Stadium on the campus of the University of Vermont/Castleton.
