Custom storage solutions are one of the most useful things you can incorporate into your bar trailer’s layout.

We designed this chrome bar trailer to hold 1,500 cans in dry storage and 900 cans in its fridges. Having easy access to ample cold storage and additional backstock helps this client seamlessly serve rushes of customers in the b**r garden where they’re parked.

Proper storage, like these racks that are integrated into the walls of the trailer itself, also helps keep breakable items secure during transport.

Every second matters when you’re churning out hundreds of pizzas on a busy day 🍕

The two pizza ovens we’re installing in the opening of this pizza trailer are angled slightly towards each other instead of directly side-by-side to give the owner an advantage when switching their wooden pizza peel between ovens.

The smallest angle adjustments can make a big difference between efficiently handling the dinner rush or wishing you’d made a slight design change in your food trailer’s layout.

A sunny Sunday morning is the perfect time for an argument with your spouse, right?

The disagreement from the night before about whose turn it was to do the dishes. The latest rude comment your mother-in-law said about you. The ugly shoes your husband always leaves by the door that you repeatedly trip over.

Pick a reason–a lovely Sunday morning is a prime backdrop for duking it out as you walk through the farmers market, absolutely refusing to acknowledge your spouse’s existence as you pick the best-looking Swiss chard for tonight’s dinner.

Your husband’s attempt to resolve the argument naturally only makes things worse, so you vow to maintain your silence for as long as possible today. It’s not called the silent treatment for nothing. You kept it going at the farmers market this morning, you can keep it going well through the afternoon.

Nothing will crack your steely exterior. You will hold onto this resentment as long as possible. That is, until you round the corner and see the only thing that can bring you joy in this moment: a coffee truck serving lattes and pastries.

What was the argument even about anymore? Does it matter? It’s nothing a latte and a croissant can’t fix.

“Let’s get a latte, babe,” you say, happily breaking your vow of silence and correcting the icy mood of the morning with an iced pumpkin spice latte and chocolate croissant.

All is right in the world.
