Soaking up every moment from the first International Food Festival in South Burlington! 🌮✨
We had an incredible time sharing the flavors of our collective with the community. Chef Alejandra absolutely stole the show! Her highly sought-after Ceviche de Soya (a vegetarian favorite!) was a total hit, alongside her signature Tacos de Barbacoa and Tacos de Mole.
Chef Alejandra is just one of the many talented chefs who make our collective so special. When you hire us for your next event, you aren’t just getting delicious Mexican or Guatemalan cuisine; you’re investing in our community.
