We’re back at the farm this weekend. ✷

Saturday • 12–7 PM
Sunday • 10 AM–4 PM with breakfast specials.

Our Farm Caprese Chicken Bowl is back after being one of last weekend’s favorites.

Grilled chicken over rice with melted mozzarella, bruschetta made with tomatoes from our garden, homemade pesto made from our basil, and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

No seed oils. No preservatives. Made from scratch.⟡

Today's the day! Our 5th Annual Sunken City Music Festival is here!

The cidery opens at 12 PM, with live music starting at 12:30 PM.

Come hungry, we've got two great food trucks on site, browse our artisan vendors, and enjoy an afternoon filled with live music and cider.

Admission is free, with a suggested $10 donation to help support the cidery and the live music we've been proud to bring to our community over the past five years.

Sunday, we’re taking Trailhead on the road to Gilboa Fest at the from 11 AM–4 PM. Come for local vendors, live music, fossils, cider from Sunken City Cider, and plenty of good food.🌞

We’re celebrating Middleburgh’s 250th Community Celebration with a couple of specials for the day.

Today’s specials:
🍅 Local Caprese Cups made with Barber's Farm tomatoes
🍄 Crispy Shiitake Fries grown right here at Muddy Brook Farm and served with our house-made garlic scape aioli

Our full menu of smash burgers, signature bowls, crispy potatoes, and drinks will be available all evening. Cool off with our signature 💙 Blue Spirulina Magnesium Lemonade while you’re here.

Spend some time on the farm, shop the Muddy Market, and enjoy everything happening around town. We’ll have desserts 🍪 and drinks 🥤 available after 8 PM as everyone heads into town for the fireworks.

We’ll be closed Saturday and Sunday, so catch us today.
