We are so overwhelmed by the outpouring of support we have received. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your words of encouragement. We appreciate each and every one of you who walk through our door. You are the reason we have been here for 12 years next month! Thank you so much!

We have had a considerable number of calls inquiring about our prices. Folks, can I just be real honest with you today. Here is just a few cost that we incur before we ever open our doors.
Rent
Insurance
Dumpster fee
Food cost
Payroll
Lights
Phones
Internet
Computer leases
Gas
Minimum wage is now 15.00 hour(we pay every employee above min wage)
Water bill
Propane gas aprons/rags
Wood
Maintenance on equipment
Grease trap has to be pumped every 3 months

Every restaurant incurs these same expenses, with the exception of wood.

We are not having a pity party. We just feel like we need to explain why our prices are where they are.
