C12 began with a tasting menu, a way to share our roots, our story, and our love for bringing people together through food.

This November, we’re introducing a seasonal à la carte menu, giving you the freedom to explore different flavors, share dishes, and build your own experience at the counter.

Rooted in Lebanese heritage. Inspired by the world. Always centered around the table.

We’re looking for an experienced, efficient, and dependable server to join our team as we introduce our seasonal à la carte menu this November.

If you have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage service confidently in an intimate dining environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings
Previous serving experience required.

A NEW WAY TO EXPERIENCE C12 IS COMING THIS NOVEMBER.

We’ve had a wonderful season sharing our tasting menu with you. Every evening, every conversation, and every guest has been part of the experience.

Now, as we move into November, we’re introducing something new.

An Ă  la carte menu inspired by Lebanese roots, Mediterranean flavors, and the pleasure of gathering around a counter. More choices. More freedom. Your experience, your way.

The same intimate setting. The same hospitality. A new way to explore C.12.

Twelve seats at the counter. A hidden room beyond it. And a new reason to gather.

Beginning in November, join us Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with two dinner seatings to choose from.

THE PEOPLE
BEHIND C12

This little counter in Michigan City was always meant to bring people together.

But somewhere along the way, it reminded me of something just as important: the people who come together to help make a dream possible.

I’m constantly reminded that behind C.12 are people who believed in me, supported the vision, offered a helping hand, and encouraged me to keep going.

Some helped build it. Some showed up. Some spread the word. And some simply believed in what I was trying to create.

Every one of them has been part of this story, and I don’t take that for granted.

As we prepare to welcome you back to the counter this November, I’m reminded that the best things are rarely built alone.

Thank you for being part of the C.12 story. I can’t wait to welcome you to the counter. THANK YOU ALL You know who you are 🙏❤️

What A Great Season ...
So what's next you may ask ?

A collection of moments that make the C12 experience.

Thank you to everyone who came through C.12 this season — every seat, every story, every celebration, and every person who trusted us with a night around our counter.

Now, we’re taking the next couple of weeks to slow down, recharge, and get ready for what’s next.

We’re working on a new menu, new ideas, and new experiences we’ve been dreaming up for C.12.

November & December reservations are now open through our website..

Holiday dinners, private gatherings, celebrations, or just a night around the counter — we’d love to welcome you back.

See, it was never just about the cuisine or the hospitality. It was built to slow people down, bring people together around one counter, and create moments worth remembering.

And somewhere along the way, it reminded me to do the same for myself.
