For the first 8 years of our business we have focused on our operations. Focused on the quality of our food and our food chain. Ensuring we receive and provide the freshest and highest quality possible. Although that has not changed, what has changed is our efficiency in doing so. This has allow us to grow outside our kitchen and outside our farm. After years of hearing "why aren't you on Facebook

" we finally felt we were able to commit ourselves to engaging our awesome customers outside our four walls. We have fielded a lot of calls regarding the Cyclosporiasis outbreak. We wanted to let everyone know that this Does NOT affect us. This is one of the many great advantages of buying local. Our lettuce, basil, oregano, rosemary chives are all cut fresh locally on a daily basis. Some from our own farm. So enjoy eating local worry free.

Tomatoes are finally good enough to put on menu. The Capresse salad and our Special Tomato Pizza are back!; Special pizza has blue cheese, walnuts, red onion, thinly sliced fresh tomatoes, basil and finished with parm and drizzle of house salad dressing. Happy summer everyone!

First we would like to wish all Mom's out there, Happy Mothers Day! Hope it's a great relaxing weekend. This weekend we will be on our normal early spring hours.

Looking forward to the rest of May; We will be closed next weekend, May 15th, 16th & 17th. Wanted to give everyone a heads-ups. Then the following weekend of May 21-25 is Memorial Weekend already. I will post Memorial Weekend Hours in a separte post next week, but that is our kickoff to summer hours.

Just wanted to reach out to everyone. Great repsonse on the Smoked Honey BBQ Portk Bellie special!! Wow, so we are sold out already. Didn't want anyone coming in today to be disappointed. We still have our other 2 specials; Burrata and Pesto pizza's. I definitely heard everyone loud and clear on the Pork Bellie special, it will be back again....Thanks. Pic is the Burrata special.....
