Hey Florida, been a while, miss ya'll. Super busy, new huge restaurant n new app. Story for later. But I need to give ya the real lowdown about the Cyclospora outbreak. It is quite common here. My restaurant employees must every 6 months bring a stool sample to be tested at the health department for Cyclo to keep their health card current. Your news feeds are not giving you the whole story. First, 35% of your produce and 68% of your fruits n berries are imported from Mexico, Central and South America. Since the start of the war and the closing of the Straight agricultural fertilizer has doubled in price. A US Farm Bureau survey indicated that 70% of US farmers could not afford their next allotment of required fertilizer. How do you think the poor farmers in the third world countries that supply the bulk of your produce are going to manage? Well, the next best cheapest thing available. Human f***s. That's right guys. Crap! The only source, I mean the ONLY source of Cyclospora parasites is Human f***s. Man, the produce grows great, but..... poses this little stomach problem. Well, that's why we have the FDA, you say. They inspect all that stuff. Well thanks to Doge, 4550 FDA employees, including over a dozen of the world's finest research and biological scientists were canned. (especially the ones who even mentioned the word vaccine) In fact, the FDA had to steal millions of dollars of corporate fees to pay them severance to appease Doge which will inevitably hold up new cancer drug research. The reason you're getting sporadic and little information about this outbreak is because the CDC was also gutted. It's their job to track these kinds of outbreaks and inform the public, but, they're out of employees too. Look, they won't kill ya, but the news is not telling anybody that they might not really go away. They are kinda a cure for constipation but you really want to make sure they're gone. If you think you've been infected, call your Doc. Any employee that tests positive here is given a script for Bactrim and not allowed to work for 7 days until they test negative. Next, any nay-sayers that want to call El Toro Po-Po on me (my fathers way of cussing to us kids when we lied) you can fact check 100% of this on your Gemini. So, the moral of this story is that you pay your hard earned money in taxes primarily to the government to protect you. What's happening right now is the government, literally, is not protecting you from SH*t. Oh, I forgot to add what you can do. Here, we add a cap full of Clorox per 2 gallons of water to wash our veg and lettuce leaves. Strawberries and other berries mix 3 parts water to 1 part white vinegar and soak for 15 minutes. Move them around every few minutes, drain and lay out to dry. put them back in the box they came in on top of a patter towel. you'll be amazed. they'll last beautifully for a week. luv ya'll, be well
