A quest for a local eatery/bar led founder Nemesio Gonzalez to open his own joint. Tired of the same old food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" restaurants, Neme decided to make his own mark and make it truly cool. After experimenting with a blend of different foods, drinks and ambiance designs, Neme was finally satisfied with his unique blend of menu selections to make the best local Miami eatery ever. But, not to leave out any of his friends, Neme was sure to include plenty of options for everyone. After teaming up with great Chefs, Neme perfected the menu and is experiencing great success with Neme Gastro Bar.
