We are looking for a charming Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in our Brickell location. This is a hospitality position that requires someone with a special personality. The responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menu & making recommendations based on their preferences.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and possess a fair understanding of coffee drinks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Have an awesome personality!
*Greet customers in a friendly manner.
*Prepare beverages & following recipes.
*Process payments via credit cards.
*Maintain stock and inventory.
*Check that equipment operates *properly and report any maintenance needs.
*Comply with health and safety regulations.
*Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

*Ability to engage and connect with customers.
*Hands-on experience and a love for coffee is a plus.
