Our sourdough pan de masa madre, jamón ibérico de bellota, with our fresh huevos rotos — paired with a Rioja Gran Reserva from Remírez de Ganuza.

I love Burgundy. Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Chablis… hard to beat.

But Argentina is kicking some serious ass with Chardonnay 🇦🇷🍷

And this is NOT the regular Catena Chardonnay.

Catena Alta Historic Rows 2023. Nicolas Catena Zapata, 3rd generation. Laura Catena, 4th generation.

My opinion? South America deserves a lot more respect when we talk Chardonnay.

22 years later and somehow Saturday nights still look like this ❤️🍷

Miami has changed. A LOT. Prices are crazy, restaurants come and go, everybody is chasing the next new thing 😂

We just keep doing what we know.

Good w**e. Good food. Live music. Fair prices. No bu****it.

And maybe thats the secret.

Seeing Happy W**e Calle Ocho packed like this tonight still makes me happy.

Thank you Miami. Really ❤️

BIERZO 🇪🇸🍷

One of those regions that has always had a place at Happy W**e Calle Ocho.

Mencia for the reds. Godello for the whites. Old vines, small vineyards and some seriously great w**es.

This is what I love about w**e. It makes you travel and discover new places.

Next time you're in northern Spain, doing the Camino de Santiago or heading toward Galicia, remember BIERZO.

Ponferrada and the Templar castle. Villafranca del Bierzo. Cacabelos. Las Medulas. Amazing history, food and of course w**e.
