A new dessert has arrived at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Pastry Chef composes “La Fraise” with strawberry mousse and compote, sea buckthorn custard, and cocoa crumble. A fitting finale to any evening at the counter.
The first and only 2 Michelin star restaurant in Miami, and the only 2 Michelin star Joël Robuchon concept in the U.S.
