👩‍🍳 Reheating Tips

Spring rolls should be browned in a little oil before serving. Pho is best assembled by heating the noodles and broth separately. Chicken in pastry should be heated in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes. Cellophane noodles and short ribs only need a quick microwave. Warm desserts slightly before adding the sauce.

👩‍🍳 PREPARATION TIPS

• Spring Rolls: Brown in a frying pan with a little oil. Serve wrapped in lettuce with garnishes and dipping sauce.

• Pork Rolling Cakes: Microwave about 2 minutes until soft, then top with garnishes and sauce.

• Pho: Heat noodles separately, pour hot broth and beef over them, then garnish.

• Chicken in Pastry: Heat in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes and top with the cream cheese sauce.

• Short Ribs: Heat for approximately 40 seconds in the microwave and top with Korean barbecue sauce.

• Cellophane Noodles: Microwave for about 1 minute.

• Bo Bun: Heat noodles and beef separately, combine with carrots, mint, nuts, and warmed sauce, then toss together.

• Desserts: Warm slightly before serving and adding sauce.

🎭 AUDITIONS ARE NOW OPEN 🎭

We are excited to announce auditions for SOUP, a new musical inspired by the true story behind Mango & Peppercorns.

SOUP tells the story of survival, resilience, friendship, and the pursuit of the American Dream through the lives of two women from different worlds—one Vietnamese and one American—who overcome extraordinary challenges to build a life, a family, and a restaurant together.

We're looking for talented performers to help bring this remarkable story to life.

🎤 Please prepare a short monologue and 16–32 bars of a contemporary musical theatre, folk, pop, or rock song.

🌏 All ethnicities are welcome. Several roles portray Vietnamese characters, and we encourage submissions from performers who can authentically and believably portray Asian characters.

Christopher Nolan is assembling one of the most extraordinary casts in Hollywood history for his upcoming epic, The Odyssey — and the roles are just as remarkable as the names filling them.
Zendaya takes on the role of Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom who guides and meddles in the lives of mortals. And Lupita Nyong'o — in perhaps the boldest casting decision of the entire film — will play not one but two roles: Helen of Troy, the most beautiful woman in the world whose love affair with a Trojan prince sparked a decade-long war, and Clytemnestra, Helen's sister, whose own story is one of betrayal and revenge.

The lead role of Odysseus himself goes to Matt Damon. Tom Holland plays his son Telemachus. Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Jon Bernthal, Benny Safdie, and Mia Goth round out a cast that reads less like a film and more like a civilisation.
Nolan shot the film across the UK, Morocco, and the Aeolian Islands of Sicily with a budget of $250 million — and by all accounts, every dollar went on screen, not on star treatment.

The Odyssey hits theatres on July 17, 2026. Homer wrote it 2,700 years ago. It has never looked like this.
