Battle Cry
Some of you may know from years ago, Becky had to have her wisdom teeth removed. During that process she ended up having a very bad infection that almost took her life. She was hospitalized for a week in northern Michigan. The odds were not looking good for her. Her CTScan showed a very large growth on her brain stem. Reports showed that her head was so swollen that it was almost the size of a basketball.
One of our dear friends came and prayed over her, anointed her with oil. They prayed with authority. Almost instantaneously her body became extremely hot like nothing that she had ever felt before. Her pain was gone. They told the doctors and at that point there were questions that had lead them to order another CTScan. Do you know what? It had been shrunk down to the size of a pea.
Why do I mention this story? It reminds me of a song that was written by Elevation Worship called “Do it Again.” It goes like this, I’ve seen You move, come move the mountains And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, You made a way, where there was no way, And I believe, I’ll see You do it again! Your promise still stands! Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness, I’m still in Your hands, This is my confidence, You never failed!
God Your promise still stands, You will do it again! You told us in your word that we can do even greater things! Your word doesn’t fail! At times my faith may fail, but You never fail! You will do it again! You are a mighty God, a Good God, a loving God, God you are a Warrior, You are a Healer, You are Gracious, You are Victorious, and I will never forget! With authority from you Lord, Becky WILL be Healed! This is my confidence Lord, You made the way! I will see You do it again!
