La Natural introduces its first ever Champagne: Ruinart Blanc Singulier

For the first time in 20 years, Maison Ruinart is releasing a new cuvée, answering the prayers of natural wine lovers in the Champagne universe.
100% Chardonnay, half aged in stainless steel and half aged in oak barrels, the wine has notes of white and yellow fruits, candied peel, yellow citrus fruit, honeyed flowers and sappy herbs.

Our philosophy when it comes to wines is simple: minimal intervention and bold, interesting flavor. One of our absolute favorites which we have had on the menu since the very beginning and from which we are proud to carry different varieties is .

Vivanterre is a natural wine produced in the Auvergne region of France by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau, and founded by Rosie and Max Assoulin, with the support of renowned sommelier Cedric Nicaise. Using organically and biodynamically farmed grapes, vinified using natural processes, and untouched by any fining, filtering, or added sulfites, Vivanterre reflects the “Living Earth” from which it comes.

We like their wines so much we even hosted a party during Miami Art Week a few years ago with them, hopefully a few of you got to attend.

Make sure you try them on your next visit if you haven’t already!
