What’s part of our everyday routine today felt like a dream 8 years ago 🥹🤍

As Paula’s grew, we had to find ways to make more without losing what makes our alfajores so special

This enrober was one of those big steps ✨ It helps us get that perfect chocolate coating and keep up with all of you!

Today, you can find our alfajores at Aventura Mall every weekend, order online with shipping anywhere in the U.S. 🇺🇸, and even enjoy them at coffee shops around Miami ☕️

8 years later… I still can’t believe how much we’ve grown. Thank you for being part of it

For everyone who’s been asking me for gluten-free options…

I also make some of our alfajores and cookies with gluten-free ingredients, with all the sweetness, softness and, of course, lots of dulce de leche :)

You can find them at paulasbakeshop.com 🤍

If there’s Nutella involved, choosing just one is going to be hard

On one side: our soft chocolate chip cookie with LOTS of Nutella in the center 🍪

On the other: my Nutella Alfajor, dulce de leche around the edges and a Nutella heart in the middle ✨

So… which one are you picking? 👀
