Earlier this month, we had the honor of being part of an intimate private dinner. ✨

The evening began with a cocktail reception featuring passed canapés, including Mini Potato and Truffle Empanadas paired with caraway and dill aioli.

Guests then enjoyed a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner. A fresh Greek…ish Salad opened the meal, followed by sliced peppercorn-crusted Filet Mignon served alongside double-cooked Crispy Potatoes. To finish, Pavlova with raspberry and mascarpone brought the perfect balance.

This year's Tribute Dinner honoring Michelle Bernstein and Sacha Lichine hosted by Master of Ceremonies Bobby Flay, part of The New York Times Dinner Series, brought together chefs, partners, and guests for a night dedicated to the spirit of hospitality and the joy of sharing great food.

The experience featured a beautiful reception alongside a thoughtfully prepared five-course dinner, made possible by the creativity and dedication of so many talented hands.

Gratitude to the incredible teams at Loews Miami Beach Hotel and FIU Institute for Hospitality & Tourism Education & Research, and Lee Brian Schrager, Bobby Flay, Chef Timon Balloo, Lindsey Autry, Romero Britto, Thomas Buckley, and everyone who helped bring the evening to life.
