Sticky BBQ Glazed Chicken Wings ππΆοΈπ
Oven baked chicken wings coated in sweet and spicy barbecue glaze served with creamy dip and garden salad.
π΄ Ingredients:
*1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
*1 bottle Frank's RedHot cayenne pepper sauce
*1 glass salt shaker (silver lid)
*coarse salt and cracked pepper (small glass bowls)
*1 tray raw chicken wings (pale pink, yellow plastic)
*ΒΌ cup creamy pale orange dipping sauce
*fresh salad (chopped romaine, cherry tomato, cucumber)
π©π½βπ³ Instructions:
1_ Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Line a rectangular stainless steel baking pan with foil.
2_ Place raw chicken wings in the pan in a single layer.
3_ Sprinkle generously with coarse salt and cracked black pepper.
4_ Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drain any liquid.
5_ Mix barbecue sauce and cayenne pepper sauce together in a bowl.
6_ Brush the sauce mixture over each chicken wing.
7_ Return to the oven for 15-20 minutes until the glaze is thick and sticky.
8_ The wings should be deep dark reddish brown with caramelized charred spots.
9_ Serve the glazed wings on a large round white ceramic plate.
10_ Add a small ramekin of creamy pale orange dipping sauce and a fresh garden salad of chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers.

π Notes: The sauce should be thick and glossy. The wings should have sticky caramelized char.
