Join Panther Coffee in Traverse City
This is a year-round role; not a seasonal position. PT and FT available.
We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our roasting and production team in Traverse City.
We’ll train the right person, but experience in warehouse work, production environments, food manufacturing, shipping/receiving, delivery driving, or specialty coffee is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
* Bagging and grinding coffee
* Preparing and organizing wholesale and retail orders
* Assisting with deliveries
* Helping maintain a clean, organized roastery and workspace
* Supporting the roasting team with day-to-day production tasks
* General upkeep and maintenance of equipment and work areas
* Restocking and moving inventory as needed
You might be a great fit if you:
* Enjoy hands-on work and staying physically active
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Have strong attention to detail
* Are dependable and organized
* Can move with urgency while maintaining quality
* Can safely lift and carry up to 65 lbs independently and participate in team lifts of up to 130 lbs
* Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
