Pirucream Pirucream is the new brand name for the old PIRULIN. Originally founded in Venezuela in 1976.

Pirulin was a chocolate and hazelnut filled wafer made with 100% Venezuelan cocoa. Pirucream has the same old flavor with a new name, and it is ready to be enjoyed in USA.
