With many beautiful memories and great experiences I am sadly to announce that I have closed my cherished baby, and my first restaurant Bin No. 18 Miami | Miami, FL.

I don't have words to express the gratitude to my soldiers, my chefs, managers and of course to all our amazing customers and Friends

I am embarking in New endeavors and will be in Miami for many years to come for now on 79th Street with my other two babies Firito Taco & Bocce and .

Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts we will miss our pretheater customers that were trylly loyal and supportive.

Miami New Times , Miami Herald and many other publications; thanks for always recognizing our talents and our accomplishments.

After an 11 year tenure we drop our kitchen knives and think of the many leasons that a restaurant can provide for future experiences. Thankfull to have provided a steping stone to those who became managers, chefs and restaurantours.
