Philly told me where to eat in Miami… and he didn’t miss. 👀🔥
Pulled up to the original Sanguich on Calle Ocho and ordered the Cubano after a tip from my guy .philly — one of my favorite follows for all things Philly food. He hit me up the first time I was down here and said, “You NEED to try Sanguich.” I didn’t see the message until recently… but better late than never.
And let me tell you — he delivered.
This spot holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and that Cubano? Pressed perfectly. House-made ham, roasted pork, Swiss, pickles, mustard — all on their fresh-baked Cuban bread. Crisp on the outside, juicy and balanced on the inside. So far… my favorite Cubano down here.
But I’m not done yet.
