Our mother has worked over 25 years on almost every setting from Industrial to Gourmet Kitchens. We grew up in Brazil and our interest in culinary came from watching my mom delighting family and clients with her cooking and creativity. Over the years we have gained extensive experience working for some of the most demanding clients and the best hotels in Miami like the Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Orien

tal and One Bal Harbor Resort. We are self taught chefs and pastry chefs with a mix of influences from French to Latin and Brazilian cuisines.
