W**e doesn’t need to be intimidating. It might actually be one of the coolest things we still consume.

Think about it.

What else can you drink that took years of farming, weather, risk, patience, craftsmanship, barrels, blending and waiting… only for someone to put all of that time into a bottle and hand it to you?

That’s wild when you really think about it.

A great bottle is a snapshot of a place and a year you can never recreate.

Two bottles on our list that tell that story beautifully: Austin Hope and 8 Years in the Desert. Completely different personalities. Completely different stories. And both proof that you don’t need to be a “w**e person” to fall in love with w**e.

Closing out a BIG week at Chef Adrianne’s.

Three signature events. Three SOLD OUT nights. And one incredible week of delivering electric culinary experiences to our guests.

Dark Dining was the perfect finale: five courses, blindfolds on, senses heightened, and a space full of guests fully immersed in the magic.
