Letβs make our signature Mister O1 pizza dough!
Our dough is light and easy to digest. And making is fun and not as complicated as you thinkπ
Take 1 kg of Italian 00 flour and place it in a bowl. Add yeast and water and start mixing.
When everything is mixed and dough starts forming add salt and EVOO. Continue kneading until all is incorporated and the dough is not sticky anymore.
Transfer to the table and knead a little more (yes, itβs a workout but itβs fun! We promise!)
When the dough is ready divide it into 10 120g balls. Cover and put in the fridge to mature for 3 days. This process is crucial to get a thin and crispy dough - just like the one we use at Mister O1.
After 3 days your dough is ready to become the most amazing home made pizzaβ¨
