🍣Thanks to Armando Barbosa Jr at for leading this project and installing brand new sinks and brand new underground grease traps per Dade County regulations
🍣 Hired to clear the space carefully and safely offsite for a blank canvas for our renovation
🍣 Stainless steel walls installed by JAR Equipment and Services
🍣 Deep cleaning of our hood thanks to Armando Filter cleaning
🍣 New tiles thanks to our dear friend Tito King
Fresh paint and deep cleaning of all equipment

🚨 We reopen Tuesday, March 31 🚨
Thank you to all our amazing customers for your patience, support, and kind messages during this process. It truly means a lot to us.
Our kitchen is ready, the sushi is fresh, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back!

Our new in-ground grease trap installation is underway. This important upgrade is taking a little longer than expected, but it will help us improve our kitchen and continue serving you the best sushi possible.
