New dishes: Szechuan Spicy Boiled Beef with hot chill! 🤩🤩🤩 The sliced beef was cut about 1/4inch thick and 1”X2” in size. The meat is prepared with water, starch, and a slight amount of salt. Then water boiled. However there are some veggies in the bottom of the meat to make your mouth refreshing. The most important of this dish are spicy and flavored🌶 😋

Our new dish “Mapo tofu”is a very traditional and popular dish in China from Szechuan, along with Szechuan spicy chicken. It consists of tofu set in a spicy sauce, typically a thin, oily, and bright red suspension. It can be cooked for either vegetarian or meats. If you are a spicy lover😘come and try!
