LADYFINGRS produces and sells hand-made, all natural popsicles and frozen dessert items in Miami’s ultra-luxury Design District.
We are looking for up to four sales cart operators who will be our brand ambassadors. You will work part time, in 4 and 5 hour shifts.
We are a small company looking to expand, and the right candidate will grow alongside us into a management role.
Description and Responsibilities:
- You will be the frontline brand ambassador and thus a key member of the team.
- Reach out to and greet customers to invite them to try our popsicles
- Take orders and serve them with warmth and a smile, paying special attention to small children
- Use the register (Square) to record transactions and render change as necessary
- Keep track of the inventory in the cart to ensure that all flavors are available in sufficient quantities to meet demand
- Ensure cart, tables and chairs remain constantly clean and the area around the cart stays free of trash and debris
- We will train you to standard
Skills (Required)
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
-Must be outgoing and good with children (they are our first customers)
- Neat, clean appearance and be willing to wear a uniform
- Ability to do simple math on a daily basis (in case the system goes down)
- Reliable and on-time
- Must be willing and able to work alone once up to speed
- Willingness to adhere to strict compliance with food service hygene regulations
- Personal integrity (we expect you to do the right thing when no one is watching)
Skills/Qualifications (Not essential but nice to have)
- Prior sales experience, especially sales cart (restaurant, food truck or catering) is a plus
Covid 19 protocols: We wear masks inside of the production facility and gloves, hand sanitizer and hand washing stations are available. Cart operators are provided with masks and hand sanitizer. We adapt our posture to CDC's guidance.
