Easy Crockpot Cheesy Beef Pasta Bake ππ§π₯©
A simple, satisfying meal that's perfect for busy nights! Ground beef, pasta, and marinara sauce slow-cooked to perfection, topped with melted mozzarella, and served with buttery garlic bread.
π΄ Ingredients:
_ 1 lb ground beef
_ 1 small onion, diced
_ 2 cloves garlic, minced
_ 24 oz marinara sauce
_ 2 cups beef broth
_ 12 oz farfalle pasta, uncooked
_ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
_ Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
_ 1 tsp dried oregano
_ 1 tsp dried basil
_ Salt and pepper to taste
_ Garlic bread, for serving
π©π½βπ³ Instructions:
1_ In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2_ Transfer to a slow cooker. Add marinara sauce, broth, uncooked pasta, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir.
3_ Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until pasta is tender.
4_ Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
5_ Serve warm with garlic bread.
