Aromatics of green bell pepper and jalapeno jump out first, followed by soft raspberries and crushed rocks. Sour cherries and small red fruits are present on the palate, with a stony and salty mineral finish. Served with a chill, it is a refreshing and simple wine, but still showcases the terroir of the estate.
👉🏻 The Monte dall'Ora winery is run by Alessandra and Carlo Venturini, a couple that works to respect the grape, the terroir and the natural environment as much as possible, using biodynamic principles, cultivating native varieties and allowing the wine to ferment spontaneously. As a result, they create delicious wines that magnify the natural character of the terroir.
