YASU TANAKA 📍 located in the MIA market in design district. I selfishly don’t want to tell people about it because it’s growing in popularity so much so that the last time I went they were sold out of uni 😭 however it is probably one of the best sushi spots in miami. I’ve been going since they opened and get the omakase to start everytime. Quality of fish is insane and the technique is masterful. Chef loves seeing my dad and I come in so he blesses us with the matcha dessert and it is tooooo die for. So delicate and flavorful 😍 it’s the perfect end to the perfect meal. see you guys soon! 🥢
