We are called LINE COOKS!!
CHEFS , BACK OF HOUSE BOH. Im jus a line cook for 16 uears been in the biz since 17 years old. Now im 33. Culinary school didnt teach me s**t, the restaurants on a friday night did!! We all drink at work during service smoke ci******es and are fu***ng badasses work long hous and donit all over again. Im just sying once in a while it gets to u so dont hold it in or youll explode!!!!!
