💚 Island-Inspired Green Refresh 🌴
Episode 8
Made with fresh cucumber, green apple, chayote, ginger, and lime.

✔️ No sugar added
✔️ No water added
✔️ Naturally refreshing

Perfect for Wellness Wednesday and a delicious way to enjoy more fresh fruits and vegetables!
Ingredients:

* 2 cucumber
* 2 green apples
* 1 chayote, peeled and seeded
* 1-inch piece fresh ginger
* Juice of 1 fresh lime

Optional:

* 1–2 celery stalks (if you enjoy the flavor)

Directions:

1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
2. Cut everything into pieces that fit your juicer.
3. Run the cucumber, green apples, chayote, and ginger through the juicer.
4. Stir in the fresh lime juice.
5. Pour over ice and enjoy!

🌺 Drea’s Summer Coolers

Island Hibiscus Cooler

Ingredients

* 1 cup dried sorrel (hibiscus flowers)
* 4 cups hot water
* 1–2 inch piece fresh ginger
* 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
* Juice of 2 fresh limes
* Plenty of ice
* Fresh mint for garnish

Directions

1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Pour it over the washed dried sorrel and ginger.
3. Let it steep for 20–30 minutes.
4. Strain.
5. Chill completely.
6. Add fresh lime juice.
7. Sweeten with honey only if you want.
8. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.
9. Enjoy 🤩❤️👌🏽

Today is a gentle reminder to take care of yourself—mind, body, and spirit. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we often forget to pour back into ourselves.

This morning started with a wonderful YouTube Live cooking two trays of pasta, followed by a successful delivery. My heart is full, and I’m grateful for every opportunity God gives me.

Take a walk, say a prayer, drink some water, get some rest, and don’t forget to smile. Your wellness matters.

🍓 DREA’S SUMMER COOLERS: Strawberry Limeade
Episode 5

Ingredients:

* 1 lb fresh strawberries
* Juice of 4–5 fresh limes
* ¼ cup honey or agave (or to taste)
* 4 cups cold water
* Ice
* Strawberry and lime slices for garnish

Directions:

1. Blend the strawberries, honey, or agave and 1 cup of water until smooth.
2. Strain if you prefer a smoother drink.
3. Add the fresh lime juice and the remaining 3 cups of cold water.
4. Stir well, pour over ice, garnish, and enjoy!❤️
