How it works:
You like the concept. You choose a city. We help you find the best location in it.

What the $60,000 franchise fee covers:
Store design · Fixture and equipment selection so you produce in-house · Full support through the opening phase — the hardest part.

Monthly: 6% of net sales. 4% royalty, 2% marketing fee — reinvested directly into the marketing plan for your territory. It's the question we get most, so we're answering it up front.

One thing we'll tell you honestly: come in with a strong financial position. The United States is the most competitive market in the world.

🇮🇹 This was Dolce Vita at Gelato Go.

Six in the evening on Ocean Drive. The oven was hot, the pizzaiolo didn't sit down once, the gelato cart was out on the sidewalk, and the music kept going until the sun went behind the Art Deco rooftops. 🌅

No dress code, no rush, no bar tab. 🍕 Pizza coming out one after another, 🍨 gelato in hand, 🥂 a spritz analcolico so nobody was left out — and for three hours the street smelled like Naples.

That's what we mean by dolce vita. ❤️

That's the deal every Wednesday on our sidewalk on Ocean Drive, six to nine. A
pizzaiolo making Neapolitan pizza in front of you, live music, the gelato cart,
and the sun going down behind the Art Deco rooftops. 🌅

In Italy the aperitivo turns into dinner and nobody calls it dinner — that's an
apericena 🇮🇹 and Miami doesn't have one. So we made one.
