Kristie from Milam's Markets is calling on South Florida’s best home chefs to bring their signature seafood dish to the South Beach Seafood Festival stage for the Milam’s Markets Home Chef Competition, hosted by Baptist Health S.F. 🔥

Think your recipe has what it takes? Here’s how to enter 👇

1. Create your signature seafood dish using one seafood protein. Bonus points if it's from Milam's!
2. Apply online with a photo of your finished dish, your full recipe and, in 100 words or less, why your dish should be crowned the Milam’s Markets Home Chef Champion.
3. Follow South Beach Seafood Festival and Milam's Markets, then tag both accounts when you share your final dish on your stories or feed.

National Tequila Day deserves more than just a margarita. It deserves a showdown. 🍹

The Tequila Herradura Bartender Showdown returns to Chef Showdown on Friday, October 23, and we’re looking for four South Florida mixologists ready to shake things up.

Four bartenders will be selected to compete, serving their original Herradura Tequila creations to festival guests. Hosted by Alex Alfonso of Breakthru Beverage, the crowd will vote for the top two, who’ll then go head-to-head live on stage with secret ingredients, a panel of judges, and the chance to be crowned this year’s champion.

🏆 $500 grand prize, courtesy of South Beach Seafood Festival
💰 $200 stipend to help cover mixers and batching costs
