Our love of food and bringing people together is as big as the era that inspires our fare each and every day. The 11th Street Diner is the place to go for all American favorites such as thick juicy hamburgers and fries and a variety of delicious milkshakes and breakfasts all day. Our piece of American history is a dining car classic that was first showcased in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, as an original Art deco Diner. Built-in 1948 by the paramount dining car company of Haledon, New Jersey, the diner was transported to Wilkes Barre where it opened that year. It continued serving traditional American food for 44 years, at which time it was dismantled and transported to the historic Art Deco District of Miami Beach, Florida. After many months of restoration and with the assistance of the people and the city of Miami Beach, the diner was restored to its original Art deco form and opened on September 11, 1992. Today it is our hope that you enjoy a part of America’s history, traditional fare, and straightforward cooking.

Serving hearty comfort food and all-day breakfast, Miami Beach's 11th Street Diner just landed second in the entire country for late-night eats in a new study. 🍔 Originally built in Pennsylvania in 1948, this silver retro train car was transported to Florida and restored, becoming a local fixture in the Art Deco District in 1992.
