After 10 Beautiful Years, Santorini by Georgios Says Goodbye to South of Fifth
Miami Beach, FL — After ten unforgettable years, Santorini by Georgios will be moving out of its current South Beach location on June 30, 2026.
To our dear South of Fifth neighbors, Miami Beach, and the City of Miami: efharisto. Thank you for being with us since day one. For the love, the memories, the meals shared around our tables, the laughter, the music, and every “Opa!” that filled our dining room. You made Santorini what it became. Every face, every name, every family, every bond, you are the reason we got to do this for a decade.
A personal note from Georgios:
“Santorini was never just a restaurant. It was a home, and you all made it one. You became my family. My team and I will carry every moment, every plate broken in joy, every glass raised, every Opa! with us forever. From the bottom of my heart, s’agapo, thank you for ten beautiful years of trust, friendship, and love. The table is never really empty when there is still love around it.”
For those who want to keep the Santorini family close, we recently opened our second location in Fort Lauderdale and would love to welcome you there. In the meantime, we are actively searching for Santorini’s new home in Miami Beach or somewhere in Miami-Dade, and we will keep everyone updated as soon as we have news to share.
To everyone who walked through our doors over the past ten years, thank you for letting us be part of your story. The plates may rest for a moment, but the music is not over.
